  • Online Store: Customers can purchase electrical products via our website for delivery within the UK or collection at our store.

3. Ordering & Payment

  • Orders can be placed via our website. Full payment is required at checkout.
  • We accept major credit/debit cards and other secure payment methods.
  • Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.

4. Delivery & Click-and-Collect

  • We ship orders across the UK. Delivery times vary depending on location and stock availability.
  • Customers may opt for Click-and-Collect from our store. You will receive a confirmation when your order is ready for pickup.
  • Any delivery delays will be communicated as soon as possible.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Unused products can be returned within 14 days for a refund, subject to our returns policy.
  • Electrical goods must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
  • Custom orders and used products may not be eligible for return unless faulty.

6. Emergency Call-Outs

  • Emergency services are available 24/7.
  • Call-out fees apply and will be confirmed at the time of booking.
  • Payments for emergency services are due immediately upon job completion.

7. Liability & Warranty

  • We guarantee our workmanship and products in accordance with UK consumer laws.
  • Sparklight Ltd. is not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., supplier issues, adverse weather).
